Jim Abel, the principal of Ag Faith, has been involved in the ag real estate industry for over 40 years and loves his profession!! His work territory is throughout Central and Northern California, Southern Oregon, and Northern Nevada and he has experience with every agricultural property type you could imagine. Most recently he worked for over 20 years in the Farm Credit system as an appraiser, and over the last two years has been self-employed, with his primary business location being Chico, California. Jim has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1994, and most recently obtained a real estate broker license in Nevada.

He was raised in the livestock industry and as a result, his brokerage services primarily concentrate on livestock ranches and recreational and wildlife properties. This is his passion!! Jim’s mission moving forward is to create a positive, motivated, and faith filled team to help farmers and ranchers prosper with Faith, Integrity, and Hard Work! We provide both appraisal and brokerage services and our goal is to instill a sense of trust, compassion, and honesty with the people that we serve.
